Google search and compliance

I was able to put a sign in requirement on the Agent Resources tab on my site but you can still access the pdfs from google search. the compliance department at MetLife has called and slapped my hand. Is there something else that needs to be done to not allow the google search to reach these documents.

In order to secure documents on your website, you need to move them to the Documents folder of a secured page. When you click on Document Manager from any page in the editor, the top folder is the page specific folder. If the page is secured, the documents in that folder are also secured. The bottom Documents folder is the global, unsecured folder.
